Once program venue has been contracted and secured, our team will support you in all aspects of the planning of your program. We will work with the cruise line to arrange your meeting space, group dinners, shore excursions and any custom events onboard and ashore. We leverage our years of experience executing hundreds of programs onboard to make recommendations on how to best implement your program on a cruise ship. Our goal is to be an extension of your team and ensure that you have all the necessary resources to deliver a WOW event!
√ Pre-Planning Logistics:
Recommend, coordinate and confirm all group functions onboard and support in planning other program logistics.
√ Ship Inspection:
Accompany you on a ship visit, recommend items to be considered while onboard and coordinate meetings with key ship personnel.
√ Program Documentation:
Provide comprehensive reports and event orders for each shipboard function.
√ Travel Staff:
Should you need additional travel staff support, we can provide experienced travel staff to support you in executing a seamless program. Our staff have years of specialized experience working on ships with many different types of groups in a variety of capacities.
√ Coordination of other cruise program elements:
We can lead the charge for any additional program needs such as pre/post hotel stays, group transfers and any special VIP arrangements.
