Pre and Post Cruise Hotel
In addition to assisting with venue sourcing for your land program, Corporate Cruise Consultants can assist with your Pre and Post Cruise Hotel. Whether you plan to host meetings in the port city prior to boarding the ship or you have passengers originating on the west coast for an east coast departure, we can assist in recommending, sourcing and negotiating your group hotel block. We will also secure an negotiate meeting space, food and beverage functions and transportation associated with your pre/post cruise stay.
Cruise ships almost always depart from U.S ports between 4:30PM – 5:00PM. Therefor passengers originating on the west coast for an east coast departure are unable to fly the day of the cruise departure and must fly the day prior in order to arrive in time to board. Depending on the time of year, passengers originating in the Northeast or Midwest may also require hotel accommodations the night prior to avoid issues boarding due to flight delays. Cruise tickets are non-refundable as are most airline tickets, therefore we strongly recommend arriving the day prior to the cruise for these passengers
